Dear valued client,

We understand there may be occasions where you will not be able to make the scheduled appointment time due to various reasons. We sincerely hope that you will not encounter any of these reasons on the special day of your day spa appointment.

In such an unlikely event, where you are unable to make the day spa appointment for any reason,  please note following policy will apply. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

 If the cancellation or the reschedule request is made with more than 48 hours prior to your original appointment start  time, we will refund you or reschedule your booking at no extra cost. 

However, if your cancellation or reschedule request comes inside the 48 hours prior to start of the appointment,  we will be charging the full amount to your credit card.

If it is a voucher booking, we will redeem and forfeit the voucher. 

If you have fully paid, we will not be making a refund.

Late arrivals:

If you arrive late, please note that the appointment time period will be shortened and will finish at the original time as booked. 

How to request a cancellation or a reschedule: 

All requests to reschedule or cancel must be made by e mail ,in  writing to us on dayspa@brandycreekestate.com.au

Please note we will not be accepting such requests over the phone or in person at the day spa or the restaurant. 

Once an e mail is sent, our reservations team will get back to you.
