We understand there may be occasions where you will not be able to make the scheduled appointment time due to various reasons. We sincerely hope that you will not encounter any of these reasons on the special day of your day spa appointment.

In such an unlikely event, where you are unable to make the day spa appointment for any reason,  please note following policy will apply. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled treatment time so we can offer your spot to another guest.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: The 50% deposit will be retained.

  • Gift Vouchers: Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in 50% of the treatment value being redeemed from the voucher.

  • Day Spa Memberships: Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the booked benefit being forfeited in full.

  • No Exceptions: This policy applies in all cases, including illness or emergencies. Unfortunately, medical certificates or supporting documents cannot be accepted for late cancellations or reschedules.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your appointment to a friend or family member to ensure your booking is not lost.

 

COVID-19 & Illness Policy

Your health and wellbeing are our highest priority. If you are feeling unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been advised to isolate, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment.

Please note that our 48-hour cancellation policy remains in effect, including in cases of illness.

If you have declared that you are unwell but still wish to proceed with your treatment, we will require a medical certificate confirming that you are fit to receive the treatment and are not contagious.

  2. Phone & in-person requests will not be accepted.


Booking Policy

To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit of your total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit. Please note that a staff member is allocated specifically for your booking once confirmed.
