We understand there may be occasions where you will not be able to make the scheduled appointment time due to various reasons. We sincerely hope that you will not encounter any of these reasons on the special day of your day spa appointment.

In such an unlikely event, where you are unable to make the day spa appointment for any reason,  please note following policy will apply. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Brandy Creek Day Spa, we’re committed to providing a seamless and relaxing experience for all our guests. To ensure fairness and availability, we have a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy in place.

  1. More than 48 hours’ notice – No problem! We’ll happily refund or reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

  2. Less than 48 hours’ notice – The full amount of your booking will be charged, and no refunds or reschedules will be available.

  3. No exceptions – This applies to all situations, including illness and emergencies. Medical certificates or other documentation will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

  4. Gift vouchers – If you cancel within 48 hours, the voucher will be voided.

  5. Can’t make it? We suggest sending a friend or family member to take your place so your appointment doesn’t go to waste! Bookings are fully transferable.

COVID-19 & Illness Policy

Your health and safety are important to us, and we ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been advised to isolate. However, our cancellation policy remains the same:

  1. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies, even in cases of illness, including COVID-19.

  2. Medical certificates or documentation will not be accepted as a valid reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

  3. If you’re unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your booking to a friend or family member.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  1. Email us at dayspa@brandycreekestate.com.au to request a cancellation or reschedule.

  2. Phone & in-person requests will not be accepted.
