Brandy Creek Estate – Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Arrival

  • Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your scheduled booking time. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late.

  • Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant; however, accredited service dogs are welcome.

2. Reservation Duration

  • Lunch bookings conclude at 3:30 p.m. The restaurant will close between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to prepare for dinner service. Guests are welcome to remain on-site, but no service will be available during this period.

  • Dinner bookings conclude at 9:30 p.m.

  • Groups of 10 or more guests are required to select from a set menu unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

3. Credit Card Pre-Authorisation
A credit card pre-authorisation may be required to confirm your booking. No funds will be charged at the time of booking.

  • Tapas Menu for 8 or more guests: A pre-authorisation of $25 per person is required.

  • Special Events: Pre-authorisation requirements will be stated in the event’s specific terms and conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Tapas Menu (8 or more guests): Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers within 48 hours of the booking, or failure to attend will incur a fee of $25 per person.

  • Special Events: The full event fee applies as stated in the event’s terms and conditions.

  • Hammam and Steak Menu: Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers within 48 hours of the booking, or failure to attend will incur a fee of $150 per person.

5. Seating Requests
We will make every effort to accommodate seating requests; however, specific seating preferences cannot be guaranteed. Large groups may be seated across multiple tables positioned together.

6. Large Groups (40 Guests or More)
Bookings for 40 or more guests require full food payment and confirmation of final guest numbers at least 72 hours prior to the event, unless otherwise pre-arranged with your events coordinator.

7. Cakes
Guests are welcome to bring their own cake. A cakeage fee of $2.50 per person will apply. Plates and cutlery will be provided.

8. Beverage Packages (4.5 Hours of Service)

  • Beverage packages must be arranged prior to the event.

  • The final drinks call will be made 15 minutes before the end of the package.

  • Multiple drinks per person cannot be served at once, in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication.

  • Guests who appear under the age of 18 must present valid photo identification (digital copies are not accepted).

9. Bar Tabs and Payments

  • Beverages may be charged on a consumption basis through a bar tab.

  • Split payments are accepted and will incur a surcharge of 1.5% per transaction.

10. Gift Vouchers
Brandy Creek Estate gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for special events, including but not limited to Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Valentine’s Day.

11. Leftover Food
For health and safety reasons, takeaway of leftover food is not permitted.

12. Accessibility
Guests requiring wheelchair access are invited to use the Cellar Door entrance located at the rear of the property. This entrance provides direct access to the restaurant and is situated closest to the accessible parking area.
