SPARKLING MENAGE A TROIS
Made from traditional champagne varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Munier. Long maturation period of this wine has produced a delicate wine with depth and complexity through the palate, with aromatic reminiscent of brioche and camembert cheese.
Fine appealing briary fruits in a wine of balance and finesse. Slight licorice edge adds some complexity. Well made and structured wine will reward cellaring into the future.
The is our only Tawny port. Perfect on the palate with a rich taste.
A stunning example of a cool climate Shiraz. This is all brawn and muscle. A big, ripe powerful nose leads into a mouth filling palate complete with blackberry, plums, pepper and oak characters. The long lingering finish gives you plenty of joy long after the wine leaves your palate.
Lifted ripe citrus and white nectarine greets the nose before a fresh, crisp and lingering finish on your palate.
A uniquely Australian take ion Spain's most noble red wine variety. The palate is rich and generous with an array of sweet, dark fruits. A touch of spice and velvety rounded finish. A riper, fruity version of sparkling red. Ideally served nice and chilled and consumed in the shade on a warm afternoon.
This wine is generous and juicy. It has lovely sweet strawberry fruit tones, yet is refreshingly crisp with a clean finish.
LATE HARVEST PINOT GRIS
The extended ripening period of our estate grown fruit has produced a deliciously rich wine shows aromatics of honey and raisin, with lifted citrus blossom note. A long and juicy palate reminiscent of pear and apple crumble, with cleansing citrus acidity on the finish.
This classic expression of Savignon Blanc with a nose of passionfruit, lemongrass and summer blooms. The palate is fresh, tangy and vibrant. Perfect match with light seafood.
Pinot Gris the super grape. The perfect example of the carietal with a nose of freshly peach, pear, capsicum and spices. Thick, rich and oily palate counter balanced by fresh acid driven finish. A perfect match with our spicy, rich seafood dishes like garlic chilli prawns off the Tapas menu.
