The Day Spa has reopened and now taking appointments

What our spa team have implemented: 

• The Day Spa is now open by appointment only
  Bookings are essential for all visits to Brandy Creek Day Spa including purchasing gift vouchers or products and can be made by emailing or calling Spa Reception (during new opening hours)

• Conducting a COVID-19 health questionnaire prior to guests arriving for their treatment

• Guests and visitors are required to sanitise hands on arrival

• All guests and visitors first name and contact number will be recorded on arrival and kept for 28 days to assist with DHHS contact tracing

• Relax lounge seating positioned 1.5meters apart

• Alcohol hand sanitiser available at several points in the day spa

• Spa therapists practising strict hand hygiene before and after contact with each guest 

• Towels, blankets and headrest coverings are always replaced with clean linen after each guest and treatment beds cleaned with disinfectant

• Treatment rooms, product dispensers and equipment disinfected between guests

• Extra cleaning time scheduled between guests 

Keeping in-line with current Victorian guidelines and restrictions the following changes are in place.

• Our hammam steam room remains closed until further notice

• While restrictions are placed on maximum number of guests in the day spa at once, we need to manage the flow of guests to ensure seating is available for all guests by allocating arrival and departure times.

• Please arrive on your arrival time and kindly no earlier to ensure we have a space in the lounge prepared for you

• Herbal tea, cheese and fruit platters served in the lounge are unavailable at this time

As the restrictions for COVID-19 ease the Brandy Creek Estate restaurant will be opening up again on Saturday the 6th of June for customers to dine in! The restaurant will only be open on Saturday and Sunday till the end of June and will resume back to normal hours. We will be adhering to the guidelines set by the Baw Baw council and some of the these will include the guests to fill up a form with their first name, last name and contact number for safety reasons. We will keep this data on file for 28 days. Also for the whole month of June we will only be accepting card payments and no cash payments will be available.

The restaurant will be limited to 60 people excluding the staff.

From the 1st of July the new restaurant opening hours will be as per below.

• Monday 11:30am - 3:30pm

• Tuesday (closed)

• Wed (closed)

• Thursday 11:00am - 4:00pm

• Friday 11:00am - 10:00pm (kitchen closes at 2:30pm and re-opening at 5:30pm to 9:00pm)

• Saturday 11:00am - 10:00pm (kitchen closes at 2:30pm and re-opening at 5:30pm to 9:00pm)

• Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm (kitchen closes at 3:00pm)

Brandy Creek Restaurant Now Open!

After the recent renovations, the Brandy Creek Restaurant is now open to public! 

Over the past three months the restaurant underwent a total renovation including structure, design, decorations and landscaping. The exterior of the restaurant is now in line with the spa building exterior to give that unified appeal to the Brandy Creek Estate. The rustic and dark grey colours of the building exterior, including the new outdoor decking area, make the restaurant stand through the lush green vineyard and the olive grove. The interior of the building has undergone a complete change whilst keeping the 'Spanish' theme that Brandy Creek Estate is popular for. The decor including wall art, furniture, and fittings have all been upgraded and the restaurant now has a separate bar area and new sitting areas where you can relax with a glass of wine after a mouth-watering meal. These new areas are perfect to hang out on a Friday or Saturday night with friends or family.

Sparkling wine for this summer!

Check out our latest summer wine the NV Sparkling Strawberry Pinot Gris.

The Brandy Creek Estate is in West Gippsland just to the north of Warragul. A north facing elevated slope, clean Gippsland environment, fertile red & grey soils, good rains and a long dry ripening period produces high quality grapes and interesting full flavoured premium cool climate wines.

This particular wine is a delicate peach, pink coloured wine with a fine delicate bead and aromas reminiscent freshly made strawberry jam. The wine is generous and juicy which has lovely sweet strawberry fruit yet refreshingly crisp, clean finish. Great to drink by itself, or paired with fresh seasonal fruits or smoked Tasmanian salmon.
